Agentic refinement · built on Claude

AI fashion images garment-perfect before they ship

Image models often get the garment wrong: warped prints, broken buttons, changed collars, fabric that looks fake.
We are building agentic refinement on Claude: Claude is the AI agent that finds these garment artifacts and retouches them until the image matches the real product.

Agentic refinement · built on Claude

Claude refines the garment in every AI image.

AI image models often get the garment wrong: warped prints, broken buttons, changed collars, fake-looking fabric. We're building agentic refinement on Claude to fix this. Quality control in Headloom is done by Claude agents, and Claude is the only AI agent we use. Claude compares each AI image with the real product shot, finds these artifacts, and runs the retouch through our tools. A person approves every final image. Our head-swap engine already runs on Louis Philippe catalogue work.

1 · QC · Claude agent

Claude agents do quality control on every image.

Claude's vision compares the AI image with the product shot and lists every garment artifact: warped prints, broken buttons, changed collars, wrong fabric texture, missing logos or stitching.

2 · Retouch · Claude agent

Claude plans the fix and runs it.

Using tool calls, Claude drives Headloom's retouching tools on each flagged area, then checks the result again and repeats until the garment matches the source.

3 · Approve · Human

A person signs off every final image.

The reviewer sees the before, the after and Claude's notes side by side, and approves, corrects or rejects. Nothing is exported without that approval.

Claude only. Quality control, garment refinement, captions and metadata all run on Claude agents.

Product workflow

Run every catalogue through the same review path.

Identity library

Keep approved source identities organised.

Separate reference assets from targets and retain the permission context your team needs.

Batch queue

Move a catalogue through one review path.

Structure work by project, look, and approval state instead of passing loose files around.

Visual review

Compare the target and output before export.

Inspect lighting, hair, occlusion, and composition with a clear human approval gate.

QC & agentic refinement · Claude

Claude agents check and retouch every output.

Claude compares each generated image with its source, finds garment artifacts, identity drift and lighting, hair or occlusion errors, and runs the retouch on what it finds, so the reviewer starts from a corrected image with notes.

Captions & metadata · Claude · in pilot

Catalogue-ready captions for every approved image.

Claude drafts product captions and image metadata for each approved output, ready for the reviewer to accept and export with the image.

Production handoff

Export only the outputs your team approves.

Define format, resolution, retention, and delivery expectations during the pilot.

Company

What Headloom is

Headloom makes AI-generated fashion images catalogue-ready. Our head-swap workspace is the product teams use today, and we are building Claude into it as the agent that finds and retouches garment artifacts before anything ships.

We work with catalogue, campaign and studio teams in private pilots. Every pilot runs on the customer's own approved identities and target images, with a human review gate before anything is exported.

Headloom is not starting from zero. The head-swap engine inside the workspace already runs in production on fashion catalogue work for Louis Philippe, at around 8,000 approved images a month, with human review on every frame.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Headloom?

Headloom makes AI-generated fashion images catalogue-ready. It combines AI head swap with a Claude agent that compares each image with the real product shot, finds garment artifacts and retouches them, and a person approves every final image. Quality control is done by Claude agents, and Claude is the only AI agent we use. The head-swap engine is in production; the Claude refinement agent is in pilot.

Which AI does Headloom use?

Claude, by Anthropic. Every AI agent in Headloom runs on Claude: quality control, agentic garment refinement, captions and metadata. Quality control is done by Claude agents, and a person approves every final image.

Can we try it on our own images?

Yes. We run a scoped paid pilot on a sample of your shots, using identities you have the rights to, before any production commitment.

Who is behind Headloom?

Headloom is built in Chennai, India, and led by co-founder Vishaal Ravi. See the Company page.

What happens to the images we send?

Images are used only to produce your outputs. They are not used to train models for anyone else, and they are deleted at the end of the pilot or on request. See our Privacy Policy.

What comes after headswap?

Agentic refinement on Claude, now in pilot, is next. After that we run it across full daily catalogue queues for fashion and ecommerce teams, inside the same review-gated workflow.

How fast can a project turn around?

Turnaround depends on shot count, resolution, review cycles, and deployment model. We scope a reviewable pilot first, then agree production volumes and turnaround in the workspace plan.

Do we retain control over likeness rights?

Yes. Work is performed only against approved assets and applicable likeness permissions. Commercial terms, usage rights, retention, and audit requirements are agreed before production.

How to buy

How pricing works

  1. 1

    Paid pilot

We start with a scoped pilot on 50–100 of your images, so you can judge quality on your own catalogue, with Claude agents running QC and agentic refinement on every image.

  2. 2

    Production

After the pilot, production is priced per image, based on volume, resolution and turnaround.

  3. 3

    Terms agreed up front

Usage rights, retention and delivery are fixed in writing before production starts.
