Privacy Policy
Who we are. headloom.com is operated by Headloom ("we"), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: vishaal@headloom.com.
What we collect
- Contact data: name, work email, company and anything you write to us when you email us or book a demo.
- Booking data: the details you enter on our scheduling page (operated by Cal.com).
- Pilot and production images: the source identity images and target images you send us, and the outputs we generate. These images contain people's faces.
- Website data: basic technical logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser, pages requested).
Why we use it
- To reply to you and run demos (legitimate interest / steps before a contract).
- To deliver pilots and production work you ask for (performance of a contract).
- To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest).
Face images
We process images of people only on the instruction of our customer, who must hold the consent of, and usage rights from, every person whose likeness is used. For that work we act as a processor on our customer's behalf, under a written agreement. We do not use customer images to train models for anyone else, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to identify anyone.
How long we keep it
Pilot images and outputs are deleted within 30 days of the end of the pilot, or sooner on request, unless a production agreement says otherwise. Contact data is kept for as long as we have a business relationship, then for up to 2 years.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the business: hosting, email, scheduling (Cal.com) and the cloud computing providers that process images. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
We are based in India, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where data from the EU/EEA or UK is transferred, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email vishaal@headloom.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
