Responsible use

Head swapping involves real people's likeness, so Headloom is built around consent and human review.

• Consent first. We work only with identities our customer has documented consent and usage rights for. Every identity in the workspace carries its consent record.
• Human review. No output leaves the workflow without a person approving it.
• No deception. We refuse work meant to impersonate, mislead, sexualise or harass anyone, or that involves minors.
• Customer images stay theirs. Images are not used to train models for others, and they are deleted after the pilot or on request.
• Labelling. We support customers in meeting AI-content disclosure rules in their markets, including the EU AI Act.
