Terms of Use
Who we are. These terms govern your use of headloom.com and Headloom services, provided by Headloom (headloom.com), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
The website. The website and its content are provided for information. Example images on the site are shown for demonstration and may not be reused without our permission.
Services. Pilots and production work are provided under a separate written agreement or order, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Likeness rights and acceptable use. You may only submit images of people if you hold their consent and the rights needed for the intended use. You must not use Headloom to create content that impersonates or deceives, sexualises anyone, depicts a minor, harasses or defames anyone, or breaks any law. We may refuse or stop any work that we reasonably believe breaks this section.
Your content and outputs. You keep ownership of the images you provide. Once you have paid, you receive the rights to use approved outputs as set out in your agreement. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, including any labelling required by law (for example, AI-generated content disclosure rules).
Our IP. Headloom software, workflows and branding remain the property of Headloom.
Liability. The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have jurisdiction.
