FASHN is a fashion AI suite: Model Swap changes the model in a photo from a text prompt, and matching a specific face from a reference photo is on its Agency plan. Headloom does one job: you upload the exact head to use on every plan, and it replaces the whole head while the garment stays as shot.

When FASHN is the better pick
- You start from a flat lay or a mannequin and need a model generated.
- You want virtual try-on, product-to-model or video in the same tool.
- You want to describe a new model in words rather than supply a photo.
When Headloom is the better pick
- You already have the head photo of an approved model and want that exact person, without an Agency plan.
- You only need the model changed, at a lower entry price ($9 a month).
- You want uploads deleted within 24 hours, and a full refund on a first purchase within 7 days if no swaps from it were used.
How Headloom works
Upload the photo you want to keep and a reference photo of the model who has agreed to the edit. Headloom replaces the whole head, rebuilds the hair to match, and leaves the garment, pose, hands, background and light as shot. What does FASHN Model Swap change?

Can I use a specific person’s face with FASHN?
FASHN says a face reference image is available on Agency plans, which list at $99 a month. On Headloom you upload the head photo to use on every plan.
Does Headloom generate models from flat lays?
No. Headloom changes a person who is already in the photo. For flat lays and mannequin shots, a generator such as FASHN’s product-to-model tool is the right kind of tool.
Have you tested both on the same photos?
Not yet. This page compares published plans and features only. When we run a dated side-by-side test, we will publish the photos and the date.
