Shipping and Delivery Policy
Headloom is an online service operated by Latent Mind Labs LLP, India. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
1. How a purchase is delivered
When you start a monthly plan or buy pay-as-you-go swaps, the swaps are added to your Headloom account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and each later month's swaps as soon as that month's payment is confirmed. You can see them under Plan & billing. Payment confirmation and a receipt are sent by our payment provider, Razorpay, to the email address you pay with.
2. How results are delivered
Each swap runs in your browser in about a minute. The result is shown on screen, where you can compare it with the original and download it. Results stay in your Library for up to 24 hours and are then deleted, so download anything you want to keep.
3. Where we deliver
Headloom works anywhere it can be reached online. There are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or customs duties.
4. If your credits do not appear
If your payment went through but the credits are not in your account within an hour, email suraj@headloom.com with the date and amount. We will add them or refund you, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
