What counts as a swap?
One swap is one result. You upload the photo you want to change and a photo of the new head, and you get the same shot back with the new head. Free swaps are used first, then your plan’s swaps, then pay-as-you-go swaps.
Is there a watermark?
Your first free swap has no watermark. Free swaps 2 to 5 carry a small Headloom watermark. Paid swaps never have one.
What if a swap fails?
You’re not charged. If a swap is blocked by a content check, can’t find a head, times out or fails for any other reason without giving you a result, the swap goes back to your account automatically.
Do unused swaps carry over?
Plan swaps don’t carry over to the next month. Pay-as-you-go swaps don’t expire.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Starter, Basic and Pro can be billed yearly: 12 months for the price of 11, so one month is free. You still get your plan’s swaps every month.
Is there a fee at checkout?
A small convenience fee covers payment processing. It’s added at checkout and shown with the total before you pay. Business buyers in the EU and the UK can add a VAT number at checkout; the sale is then reverse charged. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
How do I cancel?
On the Billing page, at any time. Cancelling stops further charges. You keep your swaps until the month or year you paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for a first purchase. Ask within 7 days of paying, before you use any swaps from it, and you get a full refund. Renewals and used swaps aren’t refundable. Consumers in the EU and UK also keep their 14-day right to withdraw. Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Do bigger plans give better results?
No. Every plan gives the same result: high resolution, with no pixel shift. Plans differ only in price and swaps a month.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
Yes, with custom volume and pricing. Enterprise runs on Headloom's servers. Special setups are case by case. Talk to us.
